And there is a common wall on East side, and an adjacent plot on the North side with very less margins. To give a unique identity to this house, we have created 2 cantilevered cuboids in this G+3 Structure by providing garden balconies on every levels.

Also, in this limited floor plate, the client wanted to have all the activities connected with the nature or balconies. But, we took it as an opportunity and expanded the bungalow vertically which eventually led us to fulfill the client’s requirements and explore our expertise in the vertical facades. To cut the harsh sunlight from South side, we have created solid walls on this side with minimal openings.

This bungalow is equipped with high-end automation system for the ease of the client. To get a seamless and subtle feel, we have laid Italian marble on all 3 floors.

Ground Floor:

On the ground floor, we have provided the parking for 3 cars, A lift, A servant room, puja space, and a vestibule. The automated sliding gate is adorned with WPC planks with MS Frames which also provides privacy to the indoor activities.

To maintain the privacy, we have provided the squarish perforated grey colored jali wall on the south face which creates an interesting pattern of light and shadow in the parking area.

Main Door & Grill Door:

In continuation with Jali wall pattern, the grill door and main door are beautified with Fluted panels, CNC Cut Work, Corian, and black colored back-painted glass.

First Floor:

The first floor houses a good size drawing room attached with balcony, spacious kitchen with wash yard, 1 bedroom with bathroom, and a store.

Drawing Room:

The placement of the drawing room is done in such a way that it connects with the West side garden balcony and fetches the ample amount of natural light into the space. The beige colored stone cladding in the backdrop of Italian leather sofa highlights the space in a unique way. The wood veneer in the ceiling enhances the interiors.

Dining Area:

The dining area is directly connected with the drawing room, balcony and the kitchen which makes the user easy to communicate anywhere in the Space. The Italian marble dining top and the beige leather chairs adds luxury to the space.  The beige colored Fluted Panels on TV wall acts as a backdrop of dining.

Kitchen:

The modular kitchen is designed in a minimal way with light grey matte finished acrolam cabinets. The dark grey quartz in the dado, seizure stone platform top and grey breakfast chairs is contrasted with the overall greyish theme.

Parent’s Bedroom:

This parent’s bedroom is minimally designed with clean details attached to a small garden balcony.

Second Floor:

The second floor accommodates 2 large size bedrooms with full of natural light through out the daytime.

Son Bedroom:

All the activities here are attached to the balcony which keeps the user connected to nature. The knitted MCM cladding with vertical profile lights as a backdrop provides unique identity to this Son Bedroom. To provide a spacious look, we have used tinted mirrors on the wardrobe shutters. This bedroom is attached with large size dress and toilet.
