Entrance

Step into tranquillity as the entrance unveils its serene ambiance, adorned with sleek veneer intricacies exuding an aura of calmness. The artful placement of book-matched marble elevates the waiting area, while subtle groove details impart depth, bestowing character upon the space.

Embark on a voyage through an exquisitely curated living expanse, where a symphony of design elements orchestrates a ballet of textures, melding sumptuous marble and opulent accents into a minimalist marvel.

The shutters of the storage unit behind the sofa are cleverly designed to camouflage and disguise itself creating a seamless look within the living space.

As you approach the entrance to the bar, a spectacle of parametrically styled doors, choreographed to gracefully slide aside, unveiling an ethereal alabaster backdrop diffused with a soft, beguiling glow.

This captivating allure amplifies the bar’s ambiance, casting a spell upon the entire setting, inviting you to indulge in an evening drink as you come home from a tiring day of work.

Master Bedroom

The focal point of the Master bedroom is undoubtedly the stunning bed back, crafted from fluted leather-finished black marquina marble. The bed itself features a soothing pastel blue fabric, infusing the space with a bold ambiance. Complementing the bedroom’s aesthetic, a unique TV unit steals the attention with its sleek shelves that not only serve as stylish storage solutions but also contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the room.

Walk-in Wardrobe and Master Bathroom

The walk-in wardrobe is designed playfully with its opulent flooring inlay pattern, which is meticulously crafted with intricate details. The wardrobes, adorned with shutter finishes in red wine leather, further elevate the ambiance. The same flooring extends into the master bathroom pairing with rose gold sanitary fittings. The flooring and wardrobe finishes harmonize to create a space that is visually appealing and grand in nature.

Guest Bedroom

The teal textured wallpaper in the guest bedroom is a bold choice that adds depth and character to the room. It serves as a rich backdrop that contrasts beautifully with the lighter elements in the room, enhancing the overall design. The room is further enhanced by gold light fixtures that not only illuminate the room but also serve as stunning decorative elements. The room features a large round mirror that goes well with a floating marble shelf mounted on the wall. The grey wardrobe with purple outlined exposed shelves built into the wall, is a testament to efficient use of space and the concealed handle wardrobe shutters give a clean look to the overall design.

Parents’ Bedroom

The focal point of the parents’ bedroom is the luxurious bed, wrapped with a tan leather,
inviting you to sink into its comfort. The colour palette includes neutral tones such as creams, beige, and soft pastels. These colours contribute to a serene and timeless ambiance. The decor is a harmonious blend of modern and vintage pieces, creating a cosy yet stylish ambiance.

The room also includes a dresser with a mirror that is concealed with veneer shutters, and an elegant and sleek TV console unit cladded with vertical beige flutes. The same beige flutes continues onto the wardrobe, that seamlessly blend with the room’s minimalist aesthetic.

Balcony

This balcony is a perfect blend of modern design and natural elements, creating a serene space for relaxation. The wooden ceiling adds a warm, inviting touch, while the concrete wall is adorned with a greenery feature, bringing a sense of tranquillity to the space. The floor covered in artificial grass adds a refreshing touch, completing the overall aesthetic of this beautifully designed balcony. The stone accent wall adds a touch of rustic charm to the otherwise contemporary space. This balcony is not just a part of the home, but a standout feature that offers a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of city life.
